In exactly 2 months- Venice Italy

In exactly 2months I will be eating dinner at Rialto in Venice, Italy!

The wine list is 19 pages long and all of their wines are organic & farmed Biodynamically.

James Beard award-winning chef and owner Jody Adams embraces New England ingredients with regional Italian culinary traditions.  In March and April Rialto's kitchen trains its focus on Trentino - Alto Adige, the snow-capped Alpine region of northern Italy bordering Switzerland and Austria.  Current menu offerings include Asparagus with a smoked trout-horseradish aioli, roasted baby beets and chervil; Handmade ricotta ravioli with speck - the local smoked ham - spring peas and poppyseeds; and Butter-poached lobster with spinach, guanciale and black trumpet mushrooms.  The Rialto bar menu features small bites and antipasti dishes along with heartier fare like Penne with mushrooms, squash and Parmesan and Lamb sausage with polenta, roasted peppers and olives.
